I am Gabriela Valdespino (*1993) a Venezuela born audiovisual artist and designer based in Germany. I work with photography, moving images, and sound, creating exhibitions, installations, and audiovisual performances. I explore both, body and space separately and together with the main interest on their relationship with technology by asking questions on communication, cognition, interactivity, and fictional scenarios. Speculative thinking towards the future, the interaction technology-humans, and the impact of media on society are the main subjects of my research. After studying Fashion Design in Caracas, Venezuela (2012), I graduated with a BA in Integrated Design at the University of the Arts in Bremen Germany (2021).
