SOP (2020) is an audiovisual performance that explores body language, the perception of emotions, and empathy. In an improvisation session, I experiment with storytelling and compose in real-time the dialogue between sound, images, and Oliver Jones, the protagonist of the Film. The different image layers, which react to the frequencies of the sounds, are processed through a VJ software and represent at the same time my emotional reaction towards the audiovisual content. As the footage and sound collections are constantly expanding, SOP is still considered a project in progress.
